What is Your Return or Exchange Policy?
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete. The product is unused, in original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached. The product received does not match the size ordered. Products purchased from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a full refund. This applies only to orders within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Inner-wear products are non-returnable/exchangeable due to hygiene standards.
Exchanges and refunds during a sale or for discounted products are ONLY applicable if the received product does not match the ordered product. How Do I Apply for a Return? When Will My Return Be Processed? Returns are processed within 5-7 working days of receipt.

Do You Offer Refunds?
Refunds are not typically offered. If an exchange or solution is not possible, a refund may be offered. Refunds are processed in PKR, and the customer is responsible for any currency exchange rate changes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days, depending on the payment method. International Orders
Currently, Khuwab Street does not offer returns for international orders as all products are individually checked before dispatch.
If a customer refuses to accept an order at delivery, Khuwab Street is not obliged to return, refund, or compensate the order amount.
For approved exchanges, customers must dispatch products to our operations facility in Karachi, Pakistan, for inspection. Return charges are the customer’s responsibility.
