What is Your Return or Exchange Policy?

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
  • The product is unused, in original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • Products purchased from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a full refund. This applies only to orders within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • Inner-wear products are non-returnable/exchangeable due to hygiene standards.
  • Exchanges and refunds during a sale or for discounted products are ONLY applicable if the received product does not match the ordered product.

How Do I Apply for a Return?

  • Email us at info@khuwabstreet.com with the return reason and order details.
  • Once approved, send the parcel to: Ecommerce Department, Khuwab Street, 4th FL, 43-C, 22nd Commercial St., Phase II Ext., DHA, Karachi.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the items.

When Will My Return Be Processed?

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 working days of receipt.
  • During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.

What is Your Size Exchange Policy?

  • If you are unsatisfied with the size, contact us via email at info@khuwabstreet.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • This policy applies only to orders within Pakistan. For international orders, contact customer support for assistance.

Do You Offer Refunds?

  • Refunds are not typically offered. If an exchange or solution is not possible, a refund may be offered.
  • Refunds are processed in PKR, and the customer is responsible for any currency exchange rate changes.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days, depending on the payment method.

International Orders

  • Currently, Khuwab Street does not offer returns for international orders as all products are individually checked before dispatch.
  • If a customer refuses to accept an order at delivery, Khuwab Street is not obliged to return, refund, or compensate the order amount.
  • For approved exchanges, customers must dispatch products to our operations facility in Karachi, Pakistan, for inspection. Return charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Products on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

 

Returns: Additional Policies

Customized & Made-to-Order

  • Customized orders, including alterations and made-to-measure products, cannot be refunded or exchanged. If there is an error in alterations, provide pictorial evidence, and we will address the issue.

Sale & Discounted Orders

  • Exchanges and refunds for sale or discounted products are ONLY applicable if the received product does not match the ordered product.
