Delivery Time
- The estimated delivery time across major cities in Pakistan is 5 to 6 working days after the order is dispatched. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
- Please ensure you are available on the provided contact number for our team to reach you.
- Timely delivery depends on the availability of items and order confirmation.
- During sale periods, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Note: For safe delivery, we recommend having your orders delivered to your own address. Khuwab Street is not responsible for any loss or damage if the order is delivered to a self-pickup point, such as a courier office.
International Delivery
- The estimated dispatch time for international orders is 8 to 10 working days after order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary based on the destination.
- Khuwab Street is not responsible for any refunds if the consignee requests cancellation once the order is “in process.”
- Customers are liable for shipment and custom charges if they refuse or receive the delivery.
- During sale events, average delivery times may exceed the usual duration.
Cancellation Policy
- To cancel prepaid orders, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement.
- Once the order is “in process,” it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Payment Through Cards
- We strive to provide a secure shopping experience. However, in some instances, we may require payment verification or source confirmation, which will be requested via call or email as per the bank’s instructions to prevent fraudulent transactions.
- Khuwab Street reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.
Delivery Charges
- A flat shipping fee of Rs.250 applies to all orders delivered within Pakistan.
- International delivery charges vary depending on the country, state, and locality. To calculate shipment charges, select a product and checkout with your delivery address.
- International orders may be subject to taxes and duties, which are the customer’s responsibility. Applicable fees will be collected at the time of delivery by the courier.
Track Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
- Track your order on the courier’s website mentioned in your email.
